Okay so i admit this was inspired by sterillium and what is the most comfortable car you have driven.
For me the most uncomfortable vehicle i have ever driven was a Citreon C15 van.I drove one from Sittingbourne in kent to dover and back again and was in agony at the end of my journey.

Morgan 3 wheeler

The seat/pedal box was fixed, I didn't have enough room to fully release the clutch, in trying to do so over the course of an hour I absolutely ruined the muscles/ligaments in my leg/ankle from the way I had to contort. I gave up and let my wife drive from there but she couldn't reach the pedals properly....

The issues with my legs etc took a month to sort itself out which wasn't great for the golf game that summer!

My Series 2 Land Rover. Virtually seized cart springs all round, plus missing a roof so there's very little weight in the back to help absorb any form of bumps. Combine that with tyres that have turned rather solid through age, and it is thoroughly unpleasant! Great fun though.

Our old Defender 90 around a decade ago used to be bloody awful too as I remember.

A 2018 Renault Captur, had it as a hire car. After about an hour my back was hurting, other than that it was the worst car I've ever driven, the only car I can say I cannot think of a single redeeming feature. I have driven a Clio and a Kadjar and both were pretty comfortable, the Kadjar especially so, the Captur though, awful car.

I've never really driven very old cars, but even having driven C1s, Corsas, (modern) Vivas and a Ka, the Captur was significantly more uncomfortable than those.

I was just about to post the same. I hired one for a weekend to see if I’d like it. I should have asked about the seating arrangements first. My pendulous backside struggled with the bucket seat. I had to stop every half hour to set things free again.

I bought one a week later. With the standard leather seats.

Postman Pats Car, Grafton Centre, Cambridge.

Stank of sick but had to drive it for the sake of a 7 year olds birthday.

Mainstream car, Mk4 Astra, crippling back pain after an hour.

My Mk1 Escort was horrendous, but a great deal of fun. A straight through top gear and a 4.1 diff meant it was doing 4200rpm at 70 miles an hour, and with no sound deadening, combined with open trumpets on a pair of DCOEs meant conversation was impossible. I wore earplugs, and tried to avoid long motorway journeys.

I had a K10 Micra as a courtesy car once, never felt car sick before, even as a passenger let alone the driver.

A Fowler traction engine.

Though an AE86 modified with a fixed bucket seat positioned so as to fit a Japanese driver wasn't the best place to park my 6'2" frame for several hours of driving.

As mentioned above, a series Land Rover. Not only no effective suspension, but a driving position that discourages actually having legs more that 8 inches long ! 10 minutes and you get severs cramp in the right foot. Then the noise!
I’ll never have another one - I’ve said several times, until I do

Tatuus BRDC F4. There's a chassis member exactly where my achilles tendons want to be.

I still like driving them, mind.

Pulsar (Sunny) GTi-R import, I was looking at buying, back in the late 90’s. Aft/mkt suspension, GAB?, and welded up chassis seams, I think the owner mentioned. Insanely hard ride.

Robin Hood. Very badly homemade. It made me question my career change into vehicle logistics. In addition to being the most uncomfortable, I thought i was going to die.

It raised Caterhams to unassailable levels of comfort and refinement.
