Cord.co - recruitment site (I think?)

I keep seeing roles advertised on a website called Cord.co, via Indeed. I decided to apply for one today but I can't figure out how Cord works. I had to sign up and upload my CV (standard stuff) but I can't then see how to actually apply for roles, only to message people associated with them. Not actually seeing anything much on the help section for Cord either, have I misunderstood what this thing is?

Its exactly as described, you have created your profile, when you see a job you like you message the person attached to the job, at their end they get your message and cv or LinkedIn profile import.
