Just dropped Chantelle off for work, and when waiting at the lights, I seen a BMW driver look at the car, slammed on his breaks, making them squeal and put his thumbs (yes, thumbS :yikes:) and shouted 'Nice Motor mate!', but whilst he was in the process of doing all this, the line of traffic behind him almost went into one another!!!

Hate to think of the consequences if it were a sagaris or Tuscan!!! :yikes:

IMO the Tam is a better looking car than the Tuscan anyway.....

And Chris - he was right - your car looks GREAT in your profile!

Thanks for that Olly , Not often I hear the Tam is better looking than the Tusc! When you see a Tam, it looks so much different to the photos, it's so small! but it looks like nothing else out there (like most TVRs)

The Tam is a real looker-for some wierd reason photography does not do it justice but in the real world it looks very much an impactful well balanced sweetly detailed sports car-personally I love em .

Know exactly what you mean: I spent some time sitting still on the M25 at the weekend and had countless people tooting and giving the thumbs up!
Think the sports exhaust had something to do with it, it's starting to pop while sitting still now!
Cheers.... Andrew

Totally agree here.

Tamora gets loads of attention and all positive {in my first month of ownership]. Definately on a par with my Tuscan. Have had numerous shouts of "TVR!" and "go on rev er mate", "nice car mister" etc...

Love it.

Looks = stunning (IMHO of course) and sounds a bit more basey than the Tuscan.

[wish I could own both though!]

I think the Tamora looks fantastic in the flesh, could never understand how anyone could call it the tvr ugly duckling, I can deffo see it becoming another future classic, like the griff.

I have lost count of how many times my Tam has been noticed. Only a couple of weeks ago I had it parked outside a bar in SE1 and, from the window of the bar, I saw three very sexy girls draped over the bonnet of my car while a fourth took their photo. I was with a friend who owns a 911 so ir REALLY made my day! Also, last week a couple of lads were hanging out of a black cab window shouting at me "give it some revs". Of course I obliged!

In my experience it's always blokes that notice TVR's (or any fast sexy car for that matter). Never once has a girl (let alone girls) been attracted to any of the cars I've owned.

What bar was it so I can have a go so I know what everyone is bragging about as I won't believe it until I see it happen first hand?

Hey girl don't bother me, hey girl don't bother me
Go away come back again another day don't bother me

I heard about you from my friends
The word really gets around
They say you broke the heart
Of every boy in town

They said you were out to cheat
They said you were just a little flirt
If I fall for you, surely gonna get hurt

Hey girl don't bother me, hey girl don't bother me
Hey girl don't bother me, hey girl don't bother me
Stay out of my arms
Don't try to use your charms
Don't bother me

But I've really gotta say
You look so fine
And you're so hard to resist
But I know I've got to stay away
For I might fall for you
And I don't want to be added to your list
So now I say
Hey girl don't bother me, hey girl don't bother me
Hey girl don't bother me, hey girl don't bother me
Afraid if I kissed you, I might not resist you
Don't bother me

Hey girl don't bother me, hey girl don't bother me
Hey girl don't bother me, hey girl don't bother me
Hey girl don't bother me, hey girl don't bother me
Hey girl don't bother me, hey girl don't bother me

"Everywhere you go always take the weather with you."
Or know how to find a layby, get the luggage out of the boot, prize the hood out of the recess, take it out of the bag. Tilt the seats before folding the rear window, place roof in position. etc. Yep you get noticed in a smart suit in a hailstorm! Just not for the right reasons! But who cares. Sound familiar?

Vinopolis, Bankside SE1.

Surprised you say that only blokes notice the car. I have had quite a few girls stop and ask what car it is. Maybe it's not the car but my devastating good looks! Naaaa let's face it - it's the Tam!

My first TVR was a Chimaera and it attracted bikers for some reason.

Second was a Tuscan and that attracted Japanese tourist and boys thinking I was a footballer.

Now the Tamora and it's attracted men since it was delivered 4 weeks ago....

I want to know where these women are that like cars (I'll have a look for a Vineopolis)

Got to tell you I echo all of this. I sometime embarrassed by the attention i get, but to be honest when you are with 20 other tvrs and they vote yours the loudest and best you know it must be good!
