Accountant recommendation for property business

Hi everyone.
I am not new to running a business and have an existing accountant who I have been using for years on my e-commerce company but he doesn't really have any experience within this sector and I would like some additional advice.
Its a basic ltd company to hold properties which I own and rent out, but I am an ex-pat so I would like to have a chat with an accountant and run through everything and help with some basic questions (such as VAT registered or not and if/how to reclaim furniture and refurb costs if possible).
Ideally someone I can pay ad-hoc for work rather than a monthly price as to be honest there is not a lot of work, I will probably buy 3 more properties this year, I am happy to do my own bookkeeping on Xero and dont need much assistance once the above is done so it would be help filing VAT (if registered) and the annual account.
If anyone can help or recommend please let me know.

Reasonably priced, v knowledgable and helpful on ad-hoc stuff (though we do pay them a low monthly retainer).

You should be able to get a fixed-price quote from any Accountant if you ask theme xactly what you want them to do and what you'll be doing.
