I've decided to sell my wubwey Chim. I've had a few jobs recently where I've really needed more seats, and this week I'll be putting nearly 1000 miles on, just travelling around.

I think doing my current mileage I should get something a bit more comfortable for now, with a view to buying another Tiv a few years down the line (perhaps an S or Wedge for the weekends).

So, 1994 L reg 4.0, with 68k on the clock, FSH, fistfull of receipts, ali stalks and buttons, leven kickplates and grille, remote boot kit, aerial amp, warm start mod, lighting mod, clear indicators, and previous owner to me is a RO for the South Yorkshire TVRCC so its fairly well known, what should I be asking? I paid £10800 for it in February this year, with 59k on the clock at that time.

IMHO dont bother trying to sell it unless you really have to. Ive been trying to sell my 94 low mileage Chim for knocking on 3 months now and dropped the price right down to £9500 and could not sell it for that! Ive given up trying to sell my Chim because it's worth more than that to me so ive had to put the Cerb up for sale which was meant to be the replacement car for the Chim and that wont budge either so it's up on e-bay for silly money. The bottom seems to have dropped out the market for Chims at the moment. I was at dream machines todays and they were selling a 1997 68K Chim off the forecourt with warranty and all the dealer extras for £10995 and a beutifull low mileage fully loaded 1997 5.0 for £11995. At those prices that makes mine worth sub £9000 and im just not willing to part with it for that!
