Odd, I found them very helpful and the ring they sent was absolutely gorgeous.
But I keep asking them to unsubscribe me and have done numerous times to their emails but they still haven't done it so now it all goes direct to spam.

I just tried online chat and after a 2 minute countdown for a reply, it times out saying "sorry we missed you - leave a message".

I have called once more and again no answer and straight to a voicemail after about 20 seconds.

Shortest thread ... Managed to get someone on the chat after the 4th attempt. She said she'll arrange refund in 7-10 days.

She said there was no record of a previous request and apologised for that plus no email replies.

Odd as their reviews are very good

Will still use but later in the year once the timing is a bit better

Really?!

After such horrid service you’d still use them? Not a chance I’d go back to them based on the above.

I dunno, it seems a one off as all other reviews seem very good. The in-shop experience was good, they sent out the fake plastic ring quickly, the order process was easy.

When I spoke to a person about a refund it was immediately given

Not saying I definitely will. But it depends how much I want to spend looking around again
