Just need to look at the map now and ensure I get there on some appropriate Autobahns

Park at the museum in underground carp park. Potentially, you can also leave the car there for a few extra hours and get 10 min train into Stuttgart centre for a look around. Big dealership opposite also you can look around and also the factory from the outside, although not much to see in this regard. In side museum, 2 eating places. Cafe on ground floor and Christophus restaurant on top floor, which is expensive, but excellent.

I was told you can only park in the underground car park on days that the museum is closed! I did a factory tour on a day when it was closed.

We parked in the underground car park when we went to the museum last year. Remember to validate and pay for your parking when you buy your entrance ticket otherwise you will have to queue again to pay when you want to leave.
