I have three places left on the PH Roadshow stand for this event (more info at www.phea.co.uk ). Entry is free but you *must* get an entry pass from me because the show is always over-subscribed and they guard spaces like Fort Knox.

Please mail me if you haven't signed up yet and want to join us

Simon, I believe Lavenham is just a few miles south of Bury St Edmunds and Rougham

John, you need to edit your link above!!

Yep Simon, Lavenham is about 15mins south of Bury St Edmunds.
The A134 towards Sudbury.

It's one of the prettiest villages in the country. Practically all timber framed buildings.
Like this one. Well worth a visit.

If you are thinking of going to Knebworth, that's on Sunday and Monday. It's a classic car show. I might go to that on the Sunday and then Lavenham on Monday.
(It's a hectic life!)

It's in the road atlas under 'L'

But seriously folks, Ian 'Elephant Gun' Beech is correct and it would be great to have you along - in fact, that would make FOUR Ultimas...

Yes I was at Rougham, with family so could'nt wander off really. Saw the P.H stand and it did look very impressive with a good range of cars. I had to squeeze in next to some old bangers

Best make my own way to Lavenham then, unless you really do want me to take the lead on your convoy group

A kind offer, but it's every man for himself at Lavenham, no convoy just a target arrival time.

How about a nice 'PistonHeads.com Speed Matters' sticker on the side??

Hi Simon,
Did you not get the Pass and other info? There's no convoy; just head for Lavenham; you'll see signs and other show traffic. Try this map: www.kemp77.freeserve.co.uk/lavenham/map01.htm
It's to the left of the church where it says Playing Fields.

Simon,Dawn. Great that you can make it after all!

I was planning on going past Tescos anyway. Do you want to meet up there again? I was thinking about getting there at a resonable time. Don't fancy running the risk of engine overheating sitting in traffic, although it was ok at Rougham! (touch wood)

Anyone else coming in from that direction?

9.30am = still dark!!
But if you want to fix up a mini-convoy from your side, that's a good idea and then Simon won't get lost on his own
