This event will be the same as last year but will include driver rides for charity.

The event is on Saturday 10th September at 1300 hrs.

There will be a show at a Village called Scotter approximate 10 minutes from Sunny Scunny (Scunthorpe)and 5 minutes from my the Pub called the Jenny Wren inn Pub www.jennywreninn.co.uk.

The event is being held at the Scotter village hall. Good parking for low cars etc. Parking has been reseverd for pistonheads and ferrichat cars.

We can all meet up at the Pub around 1200 hrs for some lunch, a drink and banter prior to going to show.

The show is for the quick respond emgergencies vehicles. I have agreed to do public ferrari rides for £10.00 or less (not fully agreed the price) which will be donated to the charity. The charity have said they would take 50% of the share and would give the rest to owner of the vehicle for his fuel, wear and tear or you donate the full amount (upto the owner of the vehicle).

I have mapped out a short route with some good bends and fast straights approx 3 mile charity ride.

Anyone intested in doing rides for the public ?
If you require any further information about doing rides call the organiser John on 01427 628828 / 07768953238.

It would be great if I could get some more Ferraris, TVRS, Lotuses etc together and Simons Murcie....

A F40, 3 x 348, 328, TR, GT40, will be coming that are local and also more other car marques.

We will have some Lotuses, TVRS, Cobras, MG's, Roll Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Porsche, Healeys etc there on display from the local area.

Last year we had just over 80 cars.

Please help guys, for a good cause.... Just turn Up at the Jenny Wren Inn....!!!!.

Please come along. I will be doing a disclaimer which can be used. Please note, you are only insured if you except no monies for the ride you are doing and its all goes to charity.

Please sticky this thread. Thanks.

Just a side note, a good incentive to donate all the money to charity is that most insurance policies exclude carrying passengers for hire or reward!
It would be worth notifying your ins. co. in advance anyway, just in case the worst happens! We all know how they like to wriggle in the event of a claim!
