FTP Error

One of out guys has just tried connecting to a site and got this message. Was working ok last week. I can ping the site OK from here. Is it at their end ? ( this would be preferable ! ) :-)

Firewall blocking it? Sounds like someones closed a port or limited access to it.

I expect they shut the remote server down, shut the ftp server down, or it crashed...
