Warranty Repair times!

My Cayenne got to the end of the road and had a Brake Boost Failure message.
Under warranty. Call Porsche Assist. They send the AA, recover it, Enterprise loan car.
I call to see how we are doing. Will will probably diagnose it by the end of the week, then contact porsche, then order parts.
Really!
They will know they have a volume of recoveries each week so it won't come as a surprise.
Surely you would diagnose it ASAP ( the guy who put it on the trailer said I will give you 99% it is the ABS pump). then do the parperwork then get parts.
Waiting 5 days to diagnose it seems daft.
Any other experiences ?
I was actually on the way to the dealer ( not this one who are lazy shall we say) to sign off on the build of a new 911. They keep telling me how premium the brand is. Well it is not that premium when it goes wrong!

It's coming up to Spring, a busy time in the workshop as everyone wants to get cars back on the road for the good weather. I'd expect a few days wait to get my car seen to due to breakdown.
The workshop at my OPC is pretty chokka most days, you've done well to get your car looked at within a week I'd say.

They are also prepping a lot of new cars given that we have just changed the reg no. I picked up a new Macan last week and the new cars were flying out of the OPC showroom - they had received 20 new cars (sold) in just two days not to mention a dozen or so used and marked sold in their showroom. All these had to be prepped by the workshop. Personally I think the timescales are reasonable

Well I bearing in mind you are unplanned work I think thats pretty good because I doubt very much they will leave bays unbooked because work might come rolling in that's not efficientUnder warranty. Call Porsche Assist. They send the AA, recover it, Enterprise loan car.

There are a lot of Porsche on the road and the level of recoveries I would imagine is pretty predictable so would from part of their workflow but I seem a lone voice!
As a manufacturer when you car goes bang and is under warranty I would thing that repairing it rapidly would be a good idea!
