Hi All,

I have a 2017 V12s, it’s a joy.

I have seen various Vantages that have a black strip/panel under the moulded boot spoiler, full width between the rear lights.

Does anyone know if this strip factory sprayed, or a vinyl sticker ( I.e can it be retrofitted )?

It was a factory painted option, painted in black gloss. Price was £495.

No reason why your AM dealer or local paint shop couldnt recreate it thoigh.

It would definitely be cheaper to vinyl wrap it vs having it painted - especially as then it will be easily reversible if you decide you don't like it. I've thought about doing it to my car (admittedly the new vantage, but they offer the same bit of decklid painted black as with the previous cars).

Thanks so much gents, the photos are especially useful!

I think I’ll mock it up in DIY vinyl and see how it looks first

Thanks again

Factory painted on mine. I think it works well with the black (factory painted again) roof.

Tailgate Graphic was an option. Here's mine. It was painted at the factory.
I suppose you could get it painted if you like it.
It gives the car a bit of a stance and wider appearance. In my opinion you need the carbon bits between the lights too which were part of the exterior carbon pack.
Here's a pic of mine when I bought her at the Aston dealer in Holland (back in 2015!).
