:( Hi Everyone, I’ve been reacquainted with TVRs after an absence of more than 25 years (2x3000Ms and a 1600M). I’ve just bought a 1990 S2 featured elsewhere in this community. It reminds me of everything from the past, the power, the noise, the sheer fun, and the irritating bits that don’t quite fit. In short, it’s great! However, one day last week I ‘lost’ most gears. My mechanic friend (my mechanical ability is limited: I struggle without instructions of how to use a hammer) looked at it today and told me I need a new master and slave cylinder.

Does anyone know the part numbers so I can order them?

Thanks

try this link:
www.parkersteve.dsl.pipex.com/sparts.asp

I've just replaced my slave cylinder from Partco (code FPSPJH144) - £70. Another good link for bits:
www.tvrcarparts.com
enjoy!
Ps if you search the forums for 'clutch' you'll find some links to some useful 'how to' guides as well.
