Yes, I recently fitted a set to my C4. Once you've tried them you will not want to go back to stock. Nice burble at tickover and a rasp as you extend it through the revs. My car now sounds more like a 911 from the seventies or eighties. Personally, I could live with something a bit noisier as my car is a weekend and evening toy.
Unfortunately, I'm in the West Midlands otherwise I would gladly let you experience the aural delights of the RSRs.
I know lots of people on here have them so you should find someone nearer home. Also, lots of posts on here about them so it's worthwhile running a search.

I got a set on my 993 C4S, then got a set on my 993 C2, and now have a set on order for my 993tt.
Wonderful! My C2 now lives in London with its new owner, and my C4s lives in Bucks with it's new owner, and i think it's safe to say they love the noise too.
There must be someone around you - have you checked the rennlist 993 board?

I'm sure if you go to Brands next week end there will be a few 993's with them. The mod is dead easy to do (if you have access to a workshop with a tig set!) All the interrnals are removed and the inlet pipe cut back to approx 100mm long. Saves a fair amount of weight as well as all the packing is removed as well.
