Back after 30 day ban

I have been on Pistonheads since 2004. I don’t post much but enjoy the many discussions in various parts of the forum. I contribute when I feel I can add something and steer clear of arguments or controversy.
I posted in NP&E without reading all the previous ten pages and got slated by four members with sarcasm as my suggestion had already been discussed. Ironically it was quite poignant in the end.
Anyway I responded by posting an acronym that I made up as a way expressing my frustration.

I was then informed that I was banned for 30 days due to abuse and bullying! I queried how this it could be interpreted as abuse and bullying but got no reply.

I’m mystified. There are far worse things posted every day with no consequences.

All very strange.

I get friends to post screenshots of why they were banned on fb, then report it and get them banned again.

No one has caught on yet

Treat it as a badge of honour, move on, and put the stress of the last 30 days behind you.

Nobody ever said life was fair

As a footnote if you do feel like taking another 30 days for the team we would love to know the answer to the question above.

Yes I think I would be banned again!
I did it as a way of venting my frustration whilst trying not to insult anyone. I made the acronym up but maybe not too difficult to translate?

I did think about going on a rampage of post reporting all those who make insults far worse than mine was but then I would be joining the snowflake brigade. So won’t do that.

I have to say I took it quite personally to be accused of bullying as it is something I hate and try to stop if I ever come across it in daily and work life.

Oh well, I’ll get over it.

I've just had a look at the logs, you did indeed post an acronym but as it was quite an offensive one, it met the criteria for a 30 day ban which was actioned.

I understand you may feel agrreived, my advice would be, don't do it again.
