I am going to guess absolutely nothing as you aren't insured by them, they have no need to tell you anything.

Even if they were forthcoming with the info you want, as they can't be forced to insure you then what good would it do?

Am I reading this right?

11 months bike experience and a high group 1000cc bike is an insurance problem.
That should not be news to anyone.

Should they have stood behind their quote? Well maybe.
But what happens at renewal time?

Absolutely bonkers not to have looked at comparison sites and got proper quotes for ongoing insurance.

On a more general note, if you are changing anything, address, vehicle, job.... my advice would be to get quotes from other providers in advance of speaking to your current insurer. They can have you over a barrel with changes.

deja.vu

The only outcome is you buying insurance elsewhere. ( obviously)
Had you submitted the quote and it been accepted, may have been a different story.

Little naive of you.
