The man is a monumental hypocrite but I find his programmes otherwise entertaining. He loves the noise of a sportscar, but hates the noise of a bike!
He enjoys 'shock value' and we'd all be the first to defend him if he had pi$$ed off some tree hugging hippies.
His comments on bikers make him sound like a cock but in balance, I'd sooner have him on telly than off telly.

I find Clarkson funny & his shows entertaining.... just like his view on bikes - which are just about as tedious as his dress sense & hair.
We 'need' people like him to keep our cred. You see.... if he liked bikes and raved about them, then people like Richard Maidley & other dull mainstream follwers would think they were cool & then it would be the beginning of the end.....

Absolutely. If I genuinely thought for a second that Clarkson would shoot a biker in the face or run razorwire across a road then that'd be different. Until that time, he's just one of the most entertaining presenters and journalists in the country.
All in my humble opinion.
