Power hacksaw blade?
Discussion
Because that old type of power hacksaw is known as a donkey saw.
Anything with that type of reciprocating movement gets the donkey moniker at some point.
Smallest I've used has had a 14" blade, looking online anything smaller is hard to come by.
If you can only find larger sizes you might be able to cut one down with a grinder and then use a carbide burr to put the hole in place. Not ideal but worth a try if no other option.
