Don’t think there’s anything to discuss there really. The black car didn’t check their surroundings and attempted to enter the outside lane when really they should have stayed put behind the van until the cam car had passed.

Camera car dilly dallying in the joining cars blindspot then stays committed when it’s not obvious they’ve seen them?

I guessed what was going to happen after a few seconds as the camera car continued to stay in the BMW's blindspot.

BMW not looking properly, but the other driver should have easily seen what was likely to happen.

Very avoidable for the camera car.

I've stopped watching dashcam YouTube channels, as in most instances, the dashcam driver could have easily avoided the situation, but decided to put themselves in harm's way for the content banghead

This is similar to last week's version with the taxi minicab where the forum told the OP it was all his fault .

Try a different browser. On my Android tablet the video worked in Chrome but not in Brave.

Don’t drive in blind spots. Expect others to make mistakes. Everyone does.

Unlike the recent similar clip I’d say the camera car was in no way to blame. They’d already moved over to the outside lane and there was ample room for the other car to enter the two-lane road. Completely the other driver’s fault.

Where on the M56 is this?

I can’t place it. But it looks familiar.

Have some driver coaching lessons on observation, risk and defensive driving. Genuinely, we all get into bad habits and a trained 3rd party can help in a couple of sessions.

Or don't bother as there's nothing much to see. Camera car and white van on left side of two lane road approaching an entry slip road. Black car appears on slip road looking to join main carriageway. Camera car moves to outside lane, white van does not. Black car joins main carriageway at speed behind white van. Camera car then speeds up to overtake black car and white van. Black car closes on white van too quickly and attempts to move to outside lane without looking. Veers into path of camera car. Contact almost made, but evasive action taken by camera car, forcing black car to slow and move back to inside lane.

Six of one and half dozen of the other. Eminently preventable by camera car accounting for the black car's speed and allowing it to pull out in front rather than forcing it to slow down behind the white van. Black car should also have slowed down to tuck in behind the white van.

The camera car is coming past the M53/Cheshire Oaks junction from the Welsh end.

I live 5 minutes up the road and use this section regularly. This is a common occurrence when people come off the M53 and are impatient to crack on. It's also worrying how many can't read the sign that tells them the lane they're in is staying rather than merging.

Also I'd agree as above that would've been easy to avoid with a little lift.

Cheers, it was driving me mad, I’m quite familiar with this junction, and as you say, this is standard fare, unfortunately!

None event but a lot of X5's and stuff have a problem where the steering seems to pull to the right...
