Audi Q5 55 TFSI e full charge range dropped

We have a 21 Q5 hybrid. When we charged it we used to see a range of 32 miles but this has now dropped to 22 miles. The car has done 20k miles and just been serviced by Audi. Any thoughts on why the range has dropped ?

Is it a calculated range? If it is then likely due to the temperature or conditions.

Alternatively is it now using a better guess based on your driving style?
