I'm trying to create a print out of a bulb database. Lots of different companies have their own versions and I wondered if, instead of reading, taking notes and re-entering the data it would be possible to 'borrow' someones.

For example, this one.

http://www.osram.com/am_application/index.php

For my own personal use of course. I only need information regarding one bulb for each car!

Is this a question about the technical aspects of the extracting the dta or the copyright issues that might pertain to so doing?

Well, the Osram data is in a pdf file. It may be possible to simply export it into a text file in a format that is good enough to then be read into Excel or and Access database if required. However for some reason Adobe are not too good at retaining the format when they export a table from one of their documents and this one is no exception as far as I can see. (Tyr the Save as function and you will see what I mean ...)

Alternatively I have a recently released application that will (I have checked it just now) read this particular pdf file and allow me to create a table (or some other form of output) from it.

So, what format would you like and do you want all the columns? If you mail me through my profile I will send something later today (possibly after sleep though ...)
