Hot Vantage. -fans not working.

Can home last week from OZ AMOC weekend event and 2007 Vantage went well for 750miles ,but last 3 miles Vantage got hot. At home found one fan touching radiator as two stays broken. I repaired stays /fibreglassed it. and replaced it and checked fan fuse in engine bay & is ok; . Warmed up Vantage with air conditioner on but fans dont work . What else do i need to check.? is there a relay?. Thanks for help.
