Change-up lights?
Discussion
I've got the omex sequential and had the dealer do the electrical work. I've played around with a few locations for the lights and found the best position for me is on top of the roll bar in the right hand corner.
The wires only just reach this point and are hidden underneath the rollbar padding. The control unit is hidden behind the interior light to the right of the steering wheel and can be got at relatively easily for making adjustments. Everything is held on with tie wraps and is easy to play around with.
I've set the shift point set to 6200 rpm with all the lights coming on at once. This means that I know instantly what revs I'm doing without taking my eyes off the road and it gives me some time to consider changing up a cog.

Mine is directly linked to the ECU as I've got an Omex ECU too. It comes on solid at time to change and goes off as soon as the revs drop.
There's a vid clip here that Matt took when we were test driving after fitting his BoV. It shows it working as I accelerate.

There is a direct Smith's replacement with shiftlight that is adjustable.
