Putting a private plate on a car, do DVLA update TFL etc?

[T5GRF]

I’ve bought my father a private number plate. When doing the transfer with the DVLA online would they update the registration records held by TFL for the congestion charge or the dartford crossing toll account?

[Baldchap]

Pretty confident DART charge doesn't update. Wouldn't surprise me if the rest don't.

The obvious way to avoid any drama is log in to each account and sort it yourself.

I very much doubt it and even if they said they do I think I would still contact those organisations separately.
