3 MOTs in a year?

Trawling AT for a new small estate and found what I thought was a potential candidate but looking at the MOT records it's got an odd history

13/05/19 13,064 miles PASS
02/10/19 26,899 miles PASS
02/10/20 64,255 miles PASS
30/09/21 100,151 miles PASS
12/01/23 136,888 miles FAIL
11/02/23 136,894 miles PASS

Got me wondering about the life this ones had?
Any suggestions why would it have 3 MOTs in 2019? According to AT ad only had 2 owners so unlikely to be being sold on with fresh MOT
Guessing second owner was in 2020 when annual mileage went from 13k to 40k and then SORN for a year in 2022 ??

I'm going to give the vehicle a miss and don't want to waste the sellers time when I have no intention of buying (private sale) but am curious to it's history

Private hire vehicles are required to get an MOT every 6 months.
Could be related to that
