Specialist Mortgage Broker(s) - Earnings in USD

Afternoon all!

I know there are some very knowledgeable people on here and we are currently up against it in terms of trying to secure a mortgage through traditional means.

A bit of a background....

Made an offer and accepted on a property that has easily maintainable monthly repayments vs income. Our credit scores and outgoings etc are all tip top in terms of desirable lending criteria. No issues there.

However.....

Issue 1 is that I earn USD and work away for 3/4th of the year. The second is that my Mrs has her own business but her UK visa status is only at the further leave to remain stage and she switched from sole trader to Ltd almost 1 year back so this causes additional complications.

In theory we could use either my income or my wife's for the application due to the numbers being sufficient but both issues are very much limiting the lenders available to us.

So we are now veering down the specialist mortgage broker route.... i.e. one who can secure a mortgage based on my USD income.

My question then, are there any on here who have been in a similar situation and can recommend a trusted broker or provide any valuable input/insight?

We work with lots of specialist brokers but my first port of call on here would be Sarnie.
