Mortgage not on credit report

Had this mortgage for just over year (my first) and I can find no trace of it being reported to any of the 3 credit reference agencies - nor on my girlfriend's who it's held jointly with. Not Experian, Equifax or Transunion.

Just a mistake I presume and should get that corrected? Will be remortgaging later in the year and that info will want to be seen I imagine!

It can happen, I've seen it regularly on reports where loans, credit cards and sometimes mortgages are not on there. Call the lender and ask them to rectify it, they may have reported an incorrect name or address to the credit reference agency(ies).

as far as im aware, its nothing to be concerned about, ive had two mortgages for years, and at no point have both shown up on my credit report at the same time.... Interestingly (to me at least), a couple of years back when i re-mortgaged, my btl popped up on there, but my residential disappeared, whereas previously the reverse was true....

Would have thought it would be on there but could a few reason why it's not there.

It shouldn't really affect your remortgage, if you're changing lender they may want evidence of it but also might not.

Might be a Santander thing?

Applied & was approved for PCP end January 2023 with them.

Car collected last Saturday from dealership.

Nothing appeared on my reports. Not even a soft search from Santander which I thought was very bloody strange. How could they assess my application?
