Diablo Central console switch panel help

Dear all
My pop up lights don't work, the garage has traced the problem to what they conclude is the switch panel. It seems some of the circuits have at some point blown and the remedial solution (to solder copper wire to replace/circumvent the blown circuits) has failed.
A new one of these is £789 +VAT, so I'd rather see if a fix to the circuit board is possible. If any of you are, or know of, an electric wizard who you can recommend please let me know. See photos.

I had something similar with an ECU once. A new one was a silly price.
A bit of damp had got under the lacquer and affected a connection.
One blob of solder and it was fixed. Still fine today.
The chap who did it has unfortunately died but anyone with a solder iron should be able to fix it.
