Folks,

Just to let you know we'll be running our dragster at [url]Shakespeare County Raceway|http://www.shakespearecountyraceway.com[/url]
this weekend. As long as the weather is good it looks set to be a cracking weekend.

There are a couple of demo races scheduled for this weekend as well, so a pair of Top Fuel cars will be running, as will a pair of Pro-Mod's. Add to that all of the sportsman classes that are running over the weekend (including Monday) there will be a lot to take it.

If anyone is at a loose end this weekend and fancies taking in a bit of motorsport, please come on down. We'll be set up in the pits from Friday night so feel free to pop into our pit and say hello...

Well, we're back..

Unfortunately we were knocked out in round 1 of eliminations.. The times on this run however were incredible!

We dialed a 10.90, he dialed a 9.55
We ran a 10.913 , he ran a 9.560
We had a 0.040 RT, he had a 0.002 RT

The winning margin was .043 seconds!!!!!

Still, we had a great time and got some very good data, once again the car was running fantasticly consistent with 4 out of the 6 runs being 10.9 and .07 seperating all of the runs we did over the weekend!

Anniesdad, great to see you at the track fella, glad you enjoyed your time at shakey, any time you want to come back and get a running commentary, just let me know!

Slikk, you're on for the bear, although you can have the bear I'll have the beer... D'ya wanna come find me in the P-ET pits? It's a bit easier than wandering into a Meth pit!!

I was considering stopping when I spotted the lapdancing tent on the way back to my car but thought better of it, in the end. Had some gardening and DIY to do you see.

One day in the office then we're off racing again.

After the numbers we were running @ shakey we should be in a good position to go far @ the POD ... fingers crossed!!!

We did a 7.4 at the Pod on Sunday, during which the cam, followers and gearbox lunched themselves. Late nights ahead, but we will be there (hopefully)
