where would i find one ?? and is it worthwhile fitting it ?

Parr stock them - speak to Steve. You also need a fitting kit - its a simple diy job. Fits a Mk1 easily, but NOT an RS. Makes a good induction noise but no performance gain unless part of an exhaust and ecu package.
