Even as a Liverpool fan I have to take my hat off to JP and Everton for doing this - brilliant.

Brilliant, just goes to show there really is no justice or fairness in this world, what that family has had to endure. You could tell there was real emotion in Pickford when he was reading that letter out. I know that a lot of players who meet these people too maintain a lot of these relationships once the cameras stop rolling. Given that lad something brightness in his life, lovely.

The look of shear disbelief on the lads face when Pickford walked in was lovely.

Yes indeed.....

Very emotional to watch.

Fair play to all involved in that.

Everton may be a shockingly run club, but their EITC work really is top drawer.

Tough watch that, fantastic from Pickford and the others and what a brave young man that Harry is. All the best to him.

Fek. Just casually mention his father suddenly dying at the age of forty as if he hasn’t been dealt a bad hand. Made me gasp and teared up. Poor bugger.
