OP has form based on their previous threads. Plus it's also an account registered way back in 2013 that remained dormant for years until they made their first, and only thread, before going dormant again only to return last year. Fairly likely it's a low use account from another PH'er on for a wind-up.

Which appears to be a clearly true and not at all made up type of story about how they just happened to be scratching at their face at the same time a Police car was driving past and as a result that meant that they'll probably mistake OP, or try to prosecute them, for using a mobile phone at the wheel?

In that one they spun the wheels of their brand new Golf GTD burning off at the lights and were asking if they could have seriously damaged the car as a result

Although TBF I've had the face scratch/gobby copper thing happen to me.
