Any ideas why this has started, wasn't like it on Friday logged on this morning and it's appeared.

That looks like the space where adverts normally show.
Your adblocker seems to be blocking the advert but it leaves a blank space.

That's my thoughts as well but it was fine Friday, it's not a good look.

I've also got the same massive blank white gap where the header advert should be. Never had the issue before and was fine last night when i was browsing but seems to have started after a fresh log on this evening. Not great when it takes up about 40% of the entire screen.

Yes, just started for me today too. I do have an ad-blocker, but that hasn't changed in months. MS Edge, if that makes any difference. Gap is present before I sign in.

The "leaderBoard" div has a height of 275 pixels for any window wider than 751 pixels - if I narrow my browser window below that the gap goes away.

Will the fixes in this thread fix mine as well.

I thought it was something I had done and have been trying to fix it when I found this thread.

Previously when I open the PH bookmark for new threads from Firefox I used to get the Today threads not My Profile etc.

Cheers
cool

Sorted mine.

AdBlocker ultimate is what I use, open it on the PH page and there is an option "block element" click on it and follow from there.

The page used to jump around after an ad had loaded, so we fixed the height ages ago to cater for different size ads. This does look particularly enormous though, are you able to share details on your device and browser please so we can attempt to replicate?

Just had to find this thread and do this again for a new PC, so bumping the thread for anyone else it helps!

Another annoying thing is on an iPhone with Brave on a watched thread, it jumps to the bottom of the page when you revisit.
