Mercedes/Smart Star diagnostics in Lincolnshire UK

Hi all!
My neighbour has had her Smart coupe sat in the garage for a few years due to an electrical/sensor fault. We used to have a Smart specialist nearby but he has moved to Wales, the only other diagnostics specialist in Skegness area is worse than useless and charges stupid money to screw stuff up! Does anyone know of a garage etc.. in the area that uses STAR diagnostics other than the stealers? I know there was a commercial vehicle garage in Lincoln which used the system. Ta much for any help.
