‘Find your dream car’ PH advert

Apologies if this has been brought up in the past, however is it necessary to have quite so many instances of the really visually annoying ‘Find your dream car’ advert on every forum page?
Not only does it look rather amateur and unappealing, the jarring constant flicking between the grey, red, and blue images is really distracting (and not in a good way that is likely to make me want to click on it!). I get that PH wants to advertise their car sales side a lot these days, but does it have to be with such a poor user experience? In an average viewing session, the user could probably see that advert 30+ times, by which time if they haven’t decided to use it to buy their dream car, they probably aren’t about to now. Maybe a static advert would be less intrusive?
On the positive side, it has driven me to install a Pihole at home solely to block out that advert, but now I need to look into browser extensions to block it when I am away from home!
