I’ve just got my licence back after a totting up ban - four speeding tickets. I’m applying for insurance and they ask for all convictions in the last 5 years with date and code and amount of fine. My DVLA record only has the TT90 (ban) listed under my offences. I can’t remember the precise dates and fine amounts for my various SP30/50s. Where can I get the dates and codes and fine amounts?

It should show at least four years.

Not really going to make any difference, they won't have vanished, Ins co's have there own databases which they share amongst themselves, One assumes the OP has been declaring the convictions he's had over the previous years which led to the totting ban. OP I would speak to them and say you can't remember the conviction details and dates, they should be able to tell you at the click of a button

In the end I was advised by DVLA, by phone, to call the speed enforcement unit who issued the last ticket. They had the dates and amounts and codes.
