another alarm prob

Hi there again,new prob.My bloody alarm keeps going off between 2&3 in the morning,although I'm dead to the world my wife and neighbours are getting a little pi..ed off with it.I've tried holding alarm for four seconds to eliminate interior censors but still no joy,so someone suggested lowering the sensitivity on a little black box under the centre panel.So,took it off and found 2 little black boxes <img src="http://tinypic.com/b4gfoz.jpg" alt="Image hosted by TinyPic.com">are these what I'm looking for or are they somewhere else.

those are your door modules that lower the
windows and open the doors. The alarm module
is right at the top of the transmission tunnel
under where the heater knobs are.You may have
to fish a bit to find it amongst all the wires.
It's a small thin box about 3 inch by 1 and a half
with a small hole for screwdriver to fit through
for adjustment.Hope this helps, Col

Cheers R666TUS,I found the little black meta alarm box just where you said and have now reduced the sensitivity,so hopefully a good nights sleep for everyone.

Err,I wasn't the one with the sleep problem I sleep like the dead,it was the wife and the neighbours that got pi..ed off,but so far so good.I have turned it right down to near minimum because at the end of the day I only want it going off if someone tries to get in,but even then they'll have a job trying to start it.
