Is my watch incompatible with a Nato strap?

Hi all
I recently bought a cheap, but I think handsome, Accurist chronograph. I like wearing my watches with nato straps but on inspection it looks as if the lugs wont hold a bare spring bar in by themselves ie, they are outward rather than inward facing (see pic)
Does anyone have another suggestion for another strap thsn the standard fit metal bracelet?

Here's another pic from the side. Basically the 2 black"rabbits teeth" are part of the case.

Have you got a pic of the underside, from what you describe it looks like you could be knackered for fitting a Nato...

That could just be the screw/pin for the end link. Need to look at the underside.

Ah I thought as much. Do you happen to know if any other type of aftermarket straps will fit this type of arrangement?

I doubt you'll find anything.
