FPN are the details kept & available or just the offence?
Discussion
If I had received & accepted a conditional offer for a speeding offence does the speed I was caught at remain in the system for officers/court to view in the future or does it just show SP30 exceeding 60 limit?
Ie if I was lucky & an officer in the past used discretion & gave me a conditional offer for something that could be court territory, would others looking at the offence in the future know it was potentially a bit more serious than a few miles over the limit. (It did say actual speed on the ticket, they didn’t write it out for a lower one)

Do you generally worry about things that are of no consequence?Ie if I was lucky & an officer in the past used discretion & gave me a conditional offer for something that could be court territory, would others looking at the offence in the future know it was potentially a bit more serious than a few miles over the limit. Has anybody ever told you that you are over thinking things?Ie if I was lucky & an officer in the past used discretion & gave me a conditional offer for something that could be court territory, would others looking at the offence in the future know it was potentially a bit more serious than a few miles over the limit. I know I’m overthinking things!
I’m fairly sure though that prior convictions are taken into account when sentencing, but I get that FPN’s are different.
Just wasn’t sure if the details were there
Wondering “hypothetically” if I was in reported for a driving offence now if they could see i’d dodged a bullet in the past or if they’d just assume an old SP30 was for something minor.

I think they will see you have three/six points on your licence already, and go from there. I’m fairly sure though that prior convictions are taken into account when sentencing, but I get that FPN’s are different.

I do not think that they will dispute the decision made at the time of the original offence.
Speeding points drop off your licence after a certain number of years anyway (can't remember how many years and can't be arsed to check).
