MacGyver a staff board portrait

I need a portrait shot (of me) for work. Needs to be semi-decent but only have an iphone6 and the contents of a premier inn room, various tools, string to achieve it. Not for ID but friendly top half pic for a reception area so they know who I am.

Dont fail me PH photo pros, hints, tips (full instructions?) please

If there's a window sill you can sit on, wedge the phone where it can see you but is not being blasted by daylight, set the phone on time delay then try a few poses sitting on the sill, choose the best one.

Dont suppose you have the wired headphones with you? If so you can use them as a remote shutter for the camera, which makes things a little easier, you can also use Siri to take a selfie as well.
