Dometic coolbox repair

I've got a Dometic CDF46 compressor coolbox, which has developed a fault - the internal temperature reading is always 50C or above, which means it runs the compressor continually and freezes everything.

I'm guessing there's a dead thermostat somewhere, but I can't find any fault-finding information, nor a company who can offer a repair.

Anyone else had this and either fixed it themselves, or found someone to do it?

If you're anywhere near a decent marina or a motorhome/caravan servicing centre (and don't fancy trial and error fixes yourself) I'd take it to them.
