Upgrade rad needed. North west area?

As the title says i need an upgraded radiator preferably some where close to Chester in the north west.

Ive seen these advretised somewhere but i cant remember where? They are bigger than the original rad and wider.Im going to kill my engine if i dont get one quick. Cant stop the thing from getting hot. Ive replaced the water pump, thermostat, coolant and also put water wetter in. The fans are hard wired as well and thats not helping either.

Please help me.

More than likely the standard rad is just blocked and not as efficient as it should be. The standard rad is more than capable if working properly. Just get the one you have re-cored. £100ish should do it.

Seconded, had mine re-cored in April, car runs 10-15 degrees cooler now

Hi mate. Had ours recored for 150.00 in February. Car runs perfectly even stood in jams the last few months. ( On the hot days we have had.!!) You can get the latest all alloy replacement from dealers which is estimated to be 10-15% more efficient for around 240.00.

In the past and found them pretty good, but all non-TVR stuff though.

edited to add...you have back flushed the radiator and block to remove any sediment? We had a V8 SD1 once that never got hot (on the gauge), its only when one of the head gaskets blew we found that the radiator has silted up past the temperature sender...

i paid £165 for a new rad recently, thought i'd had it recored but it was a new one...

I'll dig out the invoice and see where we got it from...

Cheers for the replies. Im going on holiday in 3 weeks time so it would be a prime time to drop the rad off to be re cored. I think i will go with this option and also one of my mates-mates does them for a living. As its a proven theory then i will go with this.

Also yes i flushed the rad and cleared all the stuff out of it.
