Submitted a request to cancel a ‘Smart fare’ transatlantic flight mid April, says on the website a ‘smart fare’ is eligible for a voucher if cancelled, any had any experience with how long it takes to be issued with the voucher? thought it would be reasonably quick since the pandemic has subsided.
