Pre-programmed Smartire sensors

I see Foxwell are offering these @£70 each provided you send them a photo of the code number on the existing smartire sensor. I don't think the Foxwell NT530 code reader gives programming functionality for replacement sensors, though that would be a good addition to the Autel replacement tpms system which has been noted on here.
