How to download music (legally)
Discussion
I used to download full albums and such via naughty methods.
I tend to stream a lot nowadays, but that needs a good signal (welcome to Norfolk) I know with youtube music premium you can download individual tracks, similar with spotify premium, but can you download a full album as-is to load onto a USB stick/SD card and listen to in the car? I wouldn't mind paying for youtube premium.
Thanks,
Dan

If you don't mind paying to own it then https://uk.7digital.com/ has a very good library.

Download to phone at home.
Play in car?
Thanks, didn't realise you could do that. I guess I could sign up for their premium service for a bit and spend a couple of months doing that. Thought it might just be track-by-track.Download to phone at home.

Mentioned YouTube music because I'm looking at getting YouTube premium anyway so it would have been a nice bonus.

Set the Quality to Super High (yes, not as good as FLAC!), and then hit the download. How many albums do you have?
Can't see it taking too long other than being a bit of a tedious button mash.
The way you're wording it though, you're aware you only keep the offline items as long as you subscribe to these premium services right?
Unless you want to get funky, you're not gaining direct access to the files.
Just to confirm I did have a free trial for Spotify premium downloaded albums disappeared after ending the subscription. Argos was giving 4 month's free if you bought an audio product a few months ago.
I then tried the free version for a couple of weeks but found it useless as it wouldn't play whole albums in one go, albeit with advert breaks.
