Underrated/Quiet Supporting Actors
Discussion
Those actors that are never in a leading role but out perform everyone they are surrounded by.
I'm rewatching to The West Wing for the millionth time, see the comfort series thread. I always liked Sam but as I age I find I identify more with Leo. John Spencer who plays him is excellent, he can say so much with a roll of eyes or a facial expression. Can't think I've seen him in much else, small part in the Rock, was good in Sea of Love with Al Pacino though.
The other one I can think of is Luiz Guzzman, he is always excellent but always a quiet supporting role that can easily go unnoticed.
Who else you got?
ETA - yes I've realised I mistyped quiet in the title.
