Thank you very much for the posting. I hope it will be of some value.
Obviously, the RHD cars don't have the dead pedal "room" problem, but the bias mod to throttle cable should work. Tilton says a min. 6" radius to the cable for best operation, but I think one turn of a sharper radius won't hurt, mainly on a RHD where the throttle is close to the cockpit side.
I would like to point out that with whatever gas pedal setup you have, a max travel stop should be installed so that the throttle cable and carb or F.I. linkage is NOT taking the strain of full throttle. I have seen cables and linkage bent and broken on Formula cars from not having an adjustable full throttle stop.
