Travel insurance for someone with a brain injury

I currently have a Nationwide Flex Plus account which has several benefits including travel insurance, unfortunately the situation has changed and now have a pre existing condition, a brain injury (specifically an AVM). Thus likelihood is ill need separate cover, can anyone recommend any providers that may be of help?

You can pay for an 'upgrade' with Nationwide/UK Insurance.
