Speeding Info Web page...?

Saw a website around once that gave info on speeding - and how if the BIB's equipment isn't calibrated correctly etc. the charge could drop, and about the PACE document and that video evidence isn't valid unless the tape had been running a minute beforehand or something along those lines..
