Mk3 Fiesta in XR2 flavour with the steel wheels.

Mk3 fiesta but looks like a 3door LX rather than XR2 .

Mk3 fiesta are not something I’ve paid a lot of attention to, but something under a cover always makes it more fun.

Much more likely to be one of the myriad special editions, Mistral, Finesse etc, than a rare S.

Bonus point for the other car.

I'd say thats a Fiesta SX. Usually powered by a 1.3
